Choose a reasonable casting temperature according to the model of carbon steel. Generally, the casting temperature is between 1540℃~1580℃ of molten steel in the ladle.
3.2 As far as the casting speed is concerned, under the condition that the gas in the cavity is discharged smoothly, a higher casting speed can be used for castings that require simultaneous solidification, and a lower casting speed should be used for castings that require sequential solidification.
3.3 As far as the casting operation requirements are concerned, the following points should generally be observed: casting large and medium-sized steel castings, the molten steel should be placed in the ladle for 1min to 2min before being sedated for casting; after casting, the casting should be removed in time when the casting is solidified Weight iron and box clamps to reduce the shrinkage resistance of castings and avoid cracks in castings.
